A custom design piece of jewelry on average takes 6-8 weeks to complete. Things that can delay a custom piece is how intricate the piece is, waiting for approval for various stages, waiting for parts that needed to be ordered to come in, how many customs are in front of you. If you have a deadline please tell us ahead of time.

We are open Tuesday-Friday 10am to 6pm & Saturday 10am to 4pm. During July and August we are closed on Saturdays/Sundays & open Mondays 10am to 6pm

Repairs take on average 2 weeks. What can delay repairs is waiting for items that needed to be ordered, waiting for approval for an estimate, how many repairs are ahead of yours. If you need a repair done by a certain time please let us know when you drop the item off. We will do our best to make it happen.

Yes we do. We offer a 3 month layaway for merchandise, repairs and customs.

Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase with the receipt for store credit only. Some items may NOT be returned: watch bands, clearance items, body products, purses, special order items, custom designed pieces and estate jewelry.

Yes we do. We change watch batteries in most watches. There are certain watches we will not change the battery due to where the battery is located.

No we do not. We will not perform any repairs on eyeglasses due to the risk of damaging the lenses.
